Black Label Precision
We stand behind the quality of every Black Label Precision product. If something is not right with your order, we want to make it right. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
– Item is returned within 30 of the delivery date
– Item is in its original packaging
– Item is not damaged due to misuse, improper application, or accident
– Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
– This return policy does not apply to consumable items such as Firearm Lubricants.
The following cannot be returned:
– Opened or used products (for safety and hygiene reasons)
– Items marked as final sale at time of purchase
– Orders where the return window has expired
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 of delivery. Please include:
– Your order number
– A description of the issue
– Photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging
We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund. We do not require you to return damaged or defective items in most cases.
If you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost and arrange return of the incorrect item if necessary.
1. Contact us at orders@blparmory.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) — do not ship items back without one
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item to the address provided in your RMA confirmation
5. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed
– The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product)
– We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for items lost in transit
– Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Once your return is received and inspected:
– You will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund
– Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 Business days
– Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement
We reserve the right to issue a partial refund for items that are returned in a condition other than what was described, or where only part of an order is returned.
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
